Intimate Cartographies
I create a living manuscript of skin, shadow, and memories. In warm ochre and textured shadow, my brush traces the quiet architecture of skin — the slope of a back, the way light lingers on a shoulder, the stories the flesh holds, tracing the curves where sensation and story meet. These are not mere studies of form. They are intimate cartographies — deliberate mappings of desire, vulnerability, and the truths the flesh inhabits in a body that remembers everything. My writing follows the same contours. On canvas and page alike, I chart the personal landscapes where memory, longing, and resilience take shape. Through paint and prose, I offer a sensual invitation: step closer...linger, and discover the maps we all carry beneath the surface. This is my body of work.

Artwork
Her artwork showcases a fascination with the body as a private, breathing landscape, and is drawn to the way shadow gathers in the hollows of our creases and light illuminates the undertones in the skin, creating a sense of both revelation and withholding. Her style is built through layered, tactile brushwork that leaves visible marks and creates a surface you can almost feel—often working with cropped, intimate viewpoints that focus on a point, allowing the eye to travel slowly across the form. Through this approach, I seek to capture the layered emotions of embodiment — the heat of self-possession, the tenderness of vulnerability, the sensual weight of presence, and the subtle defiance in turning away from the viewer’s full gaze. Her work has been featured in the Naturalist Gallery of Contemporary Art in the Human Exhibition, the Art at the Springs Art Festival held by the SCAA, and many more. This body of work continues to deepen and shift. New pieces are already developing, as she explores further the space between what is shown and what is felt. She enjoys making custom commissions and frequently works from clients' photography, creating personal pieces that translate your own references into this same textured, atmospheric language. If you are interested in custom work, please reach out through the contact page.

She strives to live in a way that honors her beliefs and hopes to continue doing whatever is God’s good pleasure for her.
